Just Manager 0.1 Alpha 38 released

New version Just Manager 0.1 Alpha 38 released.

Release notes:
1. Memory usage reduced and some memory leaks fixed.
2. "Find" command from shell context menu now opens JM's search dialog.
3. Quick viewer stealing focus - fixed.
4. Incorrect sort arrow used after listview column drag operation - fixed.
5. In some cases wrong theme used for resources toolbar - fixed.
6. NC style selection implemented.
7. Not started file operation can't be canceled - fixed.
8. Parallel file operations option added.
9. Pause functionality added for file operations.
10. Quick search filter length limit too small - fixed.
