New version Just Manager 1.0.0-rc.3 released.

Release notes:
1. Greek, Dutch, Bosnian, Croatian, Serbian, Portuguese, Korean, Turkish, Hungarian, Italian and Czech localizations updated.
2. Fixed COM error handling.
3. %FILE% param is now quoted.
4. New params without quotation: %FULL_NQ%, %PATH_NQ%, %FILE_NQ%, %INACTIVE_PATH_NQ%.
5. New %ALL% params with different delimiters: %ALL_COLON%, %ALL_COMMA%, %ALL_PIPE%.
6. New %LIST% param that provides list of selected items via temp file.
7. Added external copy tool support (forum: 132, 381).
8. Size formatting with thousand separator has been restored (forum: 644).
9. New %INACTIVE_FULL% and %INACTIVE_FULL_NQ% params (forum: 644).
10. Tab lock symbol not displayed if "Check all paths on startup" option is turned off - fixed (forum: 643).
11. Now first filtered item is focused, except when previous focused item matches the filter (forum: 459).
12. "Show icons in Details view" option introduced (forum: 644).
13. "Show header in all views" option introduced (Vista+, forum: 652).
14. "Show file info in info bar" option introduced (forum: 398, 652).
15. Panel settings are now cached during layout changes (forum: 265).
16. Copy/move is not performed if path is changed to FTP path in confirmation dialog - fixed.
