New version Just Manager 0.1 Alpha 16 released.

1. Switching tabs on Ctrl+Tab functionality added.
2. Ctrl+Home shortcut for GoRoot command added.

4. Problem with many disks A after Windows sleep mode - fixed.
5. Verification for blanks in command line string added.
6. Wrong folder size calculation icon - fixed.
